Bottling is complete! It was a great weekend at Domanico Cellars where we bottled 528 cases (that is 6336 bottles) of 06 reds and our 07 Riesling. They will sit in bottle for a few months before we release them to the world.

Our new rock wall is almost done!

Our new facility was finally completed with the addion of a new crush pad. The cement was layed and smoothed and now we have a excellent space to create our wines.

Our new facility was completed just in time as everything was finalized on the 28th of September and crush began on the 30th. Things are crazy as you can imagine. Check out our Blog page for updates on the 2006 crush.

It's a winner, our 2003 Yakima Valley Cabernet was a recieptant of a Bronze Medal at the WineMaker Magazine's International Winemaking Competition.
